Is your Mac feeling slow and sluggish after years of use and accumulating data? Is your Mac’s storage always close to full capacity, with hundreds of gigabytes of data that’s classed as “System” or “Other”? In some cases, what we call a “Clean Install” of macOS is needed to clear out the junk so you can start fresh again. You might even be getting ready to sell or hand down your old Mac and need to have your data erased and a new, fresh copy of macOS re-installed. Whatever the case, if you need us to reset your Mac back to factory settings, we can help! Book your appointment now to have your Mac assessed for a Clean Install of macOS*.

*Whether in-warranty or out-of-warranty, we charge a fee for a Clean Install of macOS. A Clean Install of macOS involves erasure of all existing data on your Mac and re-installation of the latest compatible version of macOS. This fee does not cover back-up or migration of existing data.
