We are Apple Authorised Resellers and DEP Authorised, enabling an out-of-box experience from purchase to end-user with Automated Device Enrolment (ADE) with your MDM of choice.

We are also Microsoft Silver partners and are experts in mixed platform management.

Previously an Apple Authorised Service Provider in Kingsford and Sutherland, we have ceased our consumer Apple Device IT Support and Soft Services and have shifted our focus to strengthening our Business to Business, Managed Service Provider (MSP) which continues to operate from offices in Sydney and Wollongong.

Patrick Helm

Managing Director / Consultant

Patrick looks after all aspects of the company. Having founded the business in 2009 and active in all areas, he has been working hard to see it grow and mature ever since. He combines technical nous with the ability to communicate complex issues in plain English.

Patrick is passionate about supporting clients with the best Apple technologies for achieving their business objectives. An Apple Certified Technical Consultant for about 10 years, he continues to update his accreditation for the latest OS versions. With a BSc MedChem and customer service and hospitality experience, Patrick has an analytical brain and a commitment to assisting clients. Plus, as a father of four and a runner, he is highly organised and determined.

Simon Rundle

Lead Technical Consultant

Simon comes from a diverse history in IT, Web Development & Healthcare. A technical diagnostics expert, Simon has been working in enterprise and business IT for more than 10 years.

Tayla Masi

Sales and Office Admin

Tayla joins us in 2024 working with all the procudemtn and inventory control facets of the role and includes billing and invoicing.

Damiano Passarello

Technical Consultant

Damiano has been a part of the Kingsford Service Team since January 2018, making him one of its longest serving members. He’s become known for his polite disposition, attention to detail, and consistency.

Moving onto a Technical Consultant role after the Sutherland Store Closure, working as the Store Manager, Damiano mixes his softs skills and technical background to provide great outcomes and clearly defined pathways for success.

Luke comes a strong background in Customer service and Operations within a data centre environment. Taking up a role with Max has strengthened the technical skills. Luke has a passion for Cyber Security.
