Technical Support and Consultancy
Providing friendly and efficient IT support and consultancy
Patrick looks after all aspects of the company. Having founded the business in 2009 and active in all areas, he has been working hard to see it grow and mature ever since. He combines technical nous with the ability to communicate complex issues in Plain English.
Patrick is passionate about supporting clients with the best Apple technologies for achieving their business objectives. An Apple Certified Technical Consultant for about 10 years, he continues to update his accreditation for the latest OS versions. With a BSc MedChem and customer service and hospitality experience, Patrick has an analytical brain and a commitment to assisting clients. Plus, as a father of four and a runner, he is highly organised and determined.
Troy began his career doing hardware repairs on desktops and laptops before moving into networking, and more recently software support.
While he enjoys working with technology, providing support and troubleshooting customer issues is what he finds most satisfying. Outside of work, Troy is interested in exploring data analytics in areas like currency exchange, weather records and patterns, and fuel price predictions.
Hazel had a career as an analyst programmer but took a break from IT when she had children. Prior to joining Max Computing Services in 2018, Hazel had a variety of roles including volunteering, proofreading, retail and admin.
Outside of work she keeps fit with running and yoga. Hazel is passionate about the environment. She grows veggies and is a reduce, reuse, recycle fanatic.

Luke is one of the ‘faces’ of the Kingsford Service Team with whom many of our valued customers have interacted. He can be often referenced with glowing results on many a Google review!
Luke loves to engage and make you feel at home and with a background in hospitality like Patrick you’ll be sure to be looked after like you matter – because you do!
Ben diagnoses and replaces client device parts, and responding to customer calls and emails to assist them in the experience.
He has extensive technical knowledge in hardware repairs, and has previously had experienced in working alongside the IT support team.
