Prices by the hour
Support is charged as follows:
$135 inc. GST - Home/Personal/Education
$150 inc. GST - Business
Call-out charges are based on location/time.
$35 inc. GST < 30min travel one-way
$70 inc. GST > 30min travel one-way
Emergency Support (within 4 Hrs) - $150 call-out
After Hours5pm-9am & Weekend Support - 2x base rate
