Hours of operation for casual support are 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri Sydney time, excluding public holidays and other closure periods, subject to availability.
Remote support entails a minimum of 0.5hr billable. On-site support entails a minimum of 1hr for on-site support, plus call-out fee to cover travel time per visit.
Professional Services Rates
Our professional IT consultancy rates include desktop/workstation support, server and network.
$220 per hour for Support and Project Consultants
$275 per hour for Support and Project Engineers
EDU, NFP and block time discounts available (subject to quotation)
For any on-site professional services required, a call out fee applies for each visit.
Call out fee from $88 per visit (subject to quotation)
Unless parking is provided, parking fees will be on-charged
