Each package comes with Priority Support that provides:

Each package level is set for three months and paid in advance to secure priority support. At the end of the 3 months, a review will be performed and the contract be be upgraded or downgraded at the customer's direction.
Included hours are on-site.
All Priority support contracts include full remote/phone/email support.
